She holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a Certified Health Executive and Human Resources professional. She is a member in good standing with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

Lioudmyla Faltchouk, BScN, RN Administrator of Ivan Franko LTC Home
Utilizing her many years of professional and academic experience, Lioudmyla leads a high performing nursing team, which delivers exceptional accommodation, care and services to residents and families. Lioudmyla effortlessly navigates through the changing needs and complexities of the long-term care sector. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, is certified in clinical leadership and an active member of College of Nurses of Ontario.

Tatiana Tonkovich, Director of Finance
Working in IFH's Finance Department for over 12 years, Tatiana leads the finance teams at both the Senior Residence and Long-Term Care facilities at Ivan Franko Homes. In addition to her finance and accounting background, she also has extensive experience working in management in the healthcare, natural health product and pharmaceutical industries (also holding a BSc in Chemistry).
