Passionate professional with background in business and manufacturing, Ulana has been leading our Environmental Services team since 2017.  Her team is responsible for ensuring that all residents' Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance needs meet our great standard.

Maria has been an integral member of the Ivan Franko Homes' Team since 1982. Having worked as the home's Administrator for 29 years, her commitment and dedication to the staff and residents of IFH is highly valued.

Marina  brings to the IFH organization 20 plus years of experience in finance and accounting. As a motivated problem solver, she enjoys analyzing situations, devising strategies, and implementing practical, cost-conscious solutions. Marina enjoys connecting with people and helping them achieve their greatest potential.

Olena is a Certified Human Resources Professional who is committed to creating a positive and engaging work culture that empowers employees to thrive and provide exceptional care to our residents.  

 Nadiya is a Certified Health and Safety Professional who joined the Ivan Franko Homes Team in 2022. She has a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science from Toronto Metropolitan University. Nadiya oversees administrative duties and manages health and safety obligations. Her positive attitude and friendly personality welcomes residents and visitors. 

  Natalia has been a valued member of the Ivan Franko Homes team since 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Social Service Worker diploma from Sheridan College. She leads the planning and delivery of person-centred recreation programs that promote resident engagement, well-being, and quality of life. Natalia is dedicated to fostering meaningful experiences through collaboration with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners.

Dana supports donor engagement and communications, helping share IFH’s story and strengthen the relationships that make our mission possible.

Bohdana joined IFH in October 2024. She serves as Volunteer Coordinator for both IFH locations and Summer Student Coordinator at the LTC Home. She is also a member of the Fundraising and Communications Committees. With a background in visual arts and youth education, Bohdana brings creativity and a passion for learning to her work supporting our community.

  Daniel diligently manages executive assistant responsibilities with a proactive approach and strong work ethic. He holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph. His role includes project coordination, scheduling, and unifying communication across teams, while also supporting the board and driving organization-wide initiatives.

Vlodko comes to IFH with over 20 years experience in Not-for-profit organizations working and volunteering in the community, and over 25 years as an IT professional, manager and teacher. In addition to his role as IT Manager, Vlodko has been Admin Assistant and continues to cantor at services in the Seniors' Residence Chapel.
