The Campus of Care is a new multi-phase project by
Ivan Franko Homes to create a comprehensive elder care community.
It will combine a modern 160-bed long-term care facility "Center for Aging and Longevity",
the Assisted Living Residence, and an innovative intergenerational center offering various programs and services.
This project focuses on "aging in place," allowing older adults to stay in a familiar environment even
as their care needs change, fostering connections between different generations through cultural and wellness activities.
GIVE BACK TO THOSE WHO ONCE CARED FOR YOU
A technologically modern 160-bed long-term-care home with the latest infection prevention and control measures
The Retirement Residence offers comfortable, assisted living for more independent seniors, ensuring they have the support they need while maintaining their independence
The intergenerational center fosters connections between seniors and younger generations. This vibrant hub will offer various programs and services, including health and wellness activities, cultural events, and educational workshops, creating a dynamic environment where all ages can interact, learn, and thrive together.

Ivan Franko Homes (IFH) has long served as an integral resource in the Ukrainian-Canadian community by providing compassionate care and accommodation for our aging population in modern facilities and culturally sensitive environments. As longevity increases, IFH is committed to serving the full spectrum of older adults: from active, independent people in their 60s and 70s, to seniors with varying degrees of need for supportive health care, to those with frailties needing 24/7 care.
Through the Campus of Care campaign, Ivan Franko Homes will launch a campus of the future. The consolidation of our Toronto and Mississauga retirement residences into a single 10-acre campus will reshape our understanding of delivering care at the highest level.
